There is no justice. Apparently it's fine to slam your ugly-ass piece of shit PT Cruiser into somebody else's vehicle. You won't get penalized at all! How marvelous this justice system of ours!

Nope. Not only did the offending party's insurance apparently try to stop payment on the check they'd give us to cover the damage, but the person who caused the accident isn't going to be penalized at all as far as an increase in her premiums, AND, J and I are screwed out of a diminished value check AND J. has a $265 traffic ticket to pay now. All because he had the bad fortune to be t-boned by some whore who couldn't be bothered to put down her damned cell phone. The brilliant officer of the law who responded to the scene gave J. a ticket for "failure to yield" even though he couldn't go anywhere (he was blocked by some other whore in a minivan trying to get a front-row parking space at CVS). The brilliant judge who heard J's case today evidently can't dismiss the case, or won't.

So, where exactly do I sign up for the Alpaca-lips Anticipation Club?

Ha. It gets better. Her insurance company called us today and said that because the BRILLIANT officer of the law decided to give J. a ticket, the whore was found not at fault, Allstate tried to stop payment on the check they'd given us, AND J. and I now have a $265 traffic ticket to pay. Which we cannot afford.
