At the zoo. The tortoises appear to be having sex. Per Stacy, all of the tortoises are male. Occasionally, they will hump rocks.

Today, slept in, made a ridiculously complicated sandwich (took FOREVER -- had to fry the bacon, broil the tomato, heat the turkey, toast the bread, then broil the entire thing for a few minutes to melt the cheese), went to the zoo (I SAW A LEOPARD, ZOMG, AND THEN I BEWARED OF IT ... and my darling husbeast bought me a stuffed white tiger and also a round hedgehog-looking creature ... I bought him two stuffed llamas), came home, summoned then ate dinner, now eating ice cream and noodling about on the internet whilst husbeast shoots people on the XBox. Soon, we will watch more Supernatural, and maybe later I'll get to read. Strange and a little sad that reading has become such a rare treat. Need to finish PROSPERO LOST so that I may start BONESHAKER which is watching me and meeping from the bookshelf. Soon, little book. Soon.

Fingers crossed, fingers crossed, fingers crossed. Looks like something good might be getting ready to happen.
